SHIPPING

● What shipping methods are used and are they free?
We provide free international shipping worldwide for order placed of value 15,000 USD or more. Orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL Express.

● What is the time duration for the delivery of my orders?
As our orders are sent all over the world, we cannot give an exact time frame of your shipment delivery. However, the estimate is that it may take 8-10 days for delivery.

● Customs & Regulations
Every country has its own customs taxes and duties for importing any product and we cannot be held liable for it. If there’s any duty charged by your customs department, it has to be incurred by you. Please note that you will also be responsible for submitting any documents if requested by your customs. If you have product related query for the customs process, you can email us at bvdexhibition@gmail.com and we will take care of it. The company reserves the right to refuse shipments to certain international destinations. Door to door insurance will be covered by the courier

● Is the parcel delivered at home or do I need to collect it?
Most of our orders are delivered at home and you need not pick it up. However, in certain situations when you are not available to collect the order, it can be delivered to the local post office or a local courier. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advice on how and where your delivery can be collected.

● How to track my order and possible issues?
After shipping your order, we will update the tracking info on your account dashboard and also email the tracking code to you with the instructions on how to track your product.

If your parcel shows that the order has been delivered but you haven’t received it then you can immediately send us an email and we will see what can be done. If you’ve had any difficulty in tracking your order, please feel free to send us an email at bvdexhibition@gmail.com

Cancellation of Orders
● On placement of the order our representative will contact you to reconfirm the details of the order.

● Once the stones are shipped. The order is deemed to have been executed and cancellation of the order thereafter is not possible.
